Bio

Veselin, CCIE, is an expert on Cisco Collaboration technologies. He has been working at NIL for 15 years and working as an instructor and been a CCIE for more than ten years.

These experiences also help him in his role at NIL, where he is involved in course delivery and development and works as a leading network consulting and customer support engineer. Veselin holds a master’s degree in telecommunications, the CCIE Collaboration title, and CCSI instructor designation.

He likes Cisco Collaboration because it is a way of providing closeness and interaction between people, and from technological standpoint, it is very dynamic because it spans across multiple technologies, from routing and switching, across applications to the security on many levels. Veselin recommends the CLCOR course to System Engineers who want to dive into the world of collaboration applications and endpoints.

Veselin’s awards include receiving the prestigious Cisco Distinguished Instructor Award in Data Center for both 2020 and 2021 (which recognizes Cisco’s top 5% most influential instructors).

  • Help customers migrate their DC equipment to cloud management platforms for a single pane of glass for implementation, troubleshooting, and visibility.
  • Provide bottom-to-top design for large collaboration solutions, integrating proper hardware, compatible software, and best practices collaboration designs.
  • Explaining complex concepts in a simple way by leveraging a challenge-solution approach in live delivery or in video form.

Fun fact about me:
I enjoy picking mushrooms and sleeping in a tent. My favorite kind of vacation is in the heart of a deep forest.
