Bio
Špela is responsible for the administrative and operational processes, enabling and effecting the collaboration between NIL and our students, instructors, and partners. She joined NIL in 2017, bringing with her many years of experience in marketing and event management. Although she has a background in social sciences, she has a strong passion for IT and has worked for IT vendors and system integrators for most of her career. It is not by surprise then that Špela considers herself a “proud geek.”
What I Love about Working Here
I love working for NIL Learning because of the strong teamwork and connection that are part of our culture and the entire team. Working with incredibly talented and supportive colleagues makes every training and every project feel like a shared win. I feel appreciated for my contributions, and that motivates me to give my best every day. That’s why I simply love my job.
Life Outside of Work
I’m a devoted movie buff with a particular love for crime fiction, always eager to dive into a gripping mystery. Cats bring a cozy touch to my life, and I cherish the time spent with friends and family, enjoying the simple, meaningful moments. I’m also passionate about exploring castles and dream of visiting them all, as I am fascinated by their history and grandeur. Whether I’m curled up with a book, watching the latest films, or sharing laughs with loved ones, I find joy in the little things that make life special.
