Project 525 promotional offer
These Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions (“Offer Terms”) apply to purchases of the eligible Project 525 CCNP products made through the NIL Learning website during the promotional period.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Offer Terms, together with the applicable NIL Learning terms, privacy policy and any products-specific information displayed during checkout.

2. Eligible products
This offer applies to the following products:
Project 525 – CCNP selected products listed on https://learning.nil.com/project-525/project-525-ccnp/ marked as eligible for a 1000 EUR discount.
Participants may receive discounts of up to €1000, depending on the selected course package, learning path, or bundled offer.
The precise scope of what is included in each product is set out on the applicable course page and order summary at checkout.
The promotional offer is available to individual participants and company-sponsored attendees registering through NIL Learning web site. The offer is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other monetary value. It may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, partner pricing, special agreements, or Cisco Learning Credits, unless explicitly approved in writing by NIL.
3. Promotional period
The promotional offer is valid for registrations done by 24 July 2026, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these Offer Terms.
NIL may close the offer earlier if the available capacity is filled or if the relevant product is no longer available.
4. Price, VAT and total payable amount
The promotional price displayed for the product is shown during checkout. All prices are in EUR.
No additional mandatory fees will be charged unless they are clearly disclosed before the order is placed.
5. Order confirmation and contract formation
A binding contract is formed when NIL confirms acceptance of your order.
NIL may decline an order where a product is unavailable, the customer does not meet stated prerequisites, payment is not received, or the order appears to be made in error or misuse of the offer.
6. Product start date and early performance
A product may start after purchase, including within a few days of the order date.
If you are purchasing as a consumer and the performance of digital content or digital services (not supplied on a tangible medium) is scheduled to begin before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, you hereby explicitly request such early performance.
You acknowledge and expressly agree that by giving this consent, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the supply of such digital content or digital services has begun.
You further confirm that you will receive a confirmation of the contract, including this consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium as required by applicable consumer protection law.
Where early performance is requested, NIL may begin delivering a product before the end of the withdrawal period.
7. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless an applicable legal exception applies.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day after the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform NIL by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to:

If you withdraw before NIL has started providing any part of the product, NIL will refund the payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which NIL is informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
8. Cancellation after the withdrawal period
After expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, cancellation, refund or transfer rights are governed by NIL’s applicable cancellation policy and these terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- cancellations after the withdrawal period may be refused or may be subject to cancellation charges;
- refunds may be reduced to reflect access already granted, services already performed, materials supplied, vouchers issued, or reserved product capacity;
- exam vouchers, third-party platform access, digital materials or other non-recoverable product components may be non-refundable once issued or activated.
NIL may, at its discretion, offer a transfer to another cohort, track or participant, subject to availability, prerequisites and any applicable administrative or price difference.
9. Product changes
NIL will use reasonable efforts to deliver the product as described at the time of purchase.
NIL may make reasonable changes to a product’s programme where necessary. Such changes will not materially reduce the overall value or learning objectives of a product.
All courses are subject to availability and minimum participant requirements. NIL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses.
10. Customer responsibilities and prerequisites
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the stated prerequisites for the selected product.
These may include prior certification or equivalent knowledge; relevant professional experience; ability to attend scheduled sessions; availability for self-study and lab work; suitable internet connection, computer equipment and software environment.
Failure to meet prerequisites or to participate actively does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
11. Certification and exam outcomes
NIL does not guarantee that any participant will pass an exam, obtain certification or achieve any specific professional outcome.
Success depends on the participant’s own preparation, attendance, prior knowledge, practical experience and exam performance.
12. Exam vouchers
If exam vouchers are included, this will be expressly stated in the product description or checkout summary.
Exam vouchers may be subject to third-party issuer terms; expiry dates; scheduling restrictions; name or account linkage; non-transferability; non-refundable status once issued or activated.
NIL is not responsible for missed exam appointments, expired vouchers, third-party exam platform failures, or changes to certification rules made by the exam provider, except where required by mandatory law.
13. Access to digital materials and platforms
Access to digital materials, labs, recordings, self-paced learning platforms or other online resources is provided for the period stated on the course page or order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, access does not continue indefinitely after completion of a product.
You may not share, copy, resell, publish, record, distribute or otherwise misuse product materials, login credentials, lab access or recordings.
14. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Where payment by invoice is offered, the invoice must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
NIL may suspend access to the product if payment is not received on time.

If you have a complaint about the product or the promotional offer, you may contact NIL at:
NIL will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
This does not affect your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Relationship with other terms
These offer terms apply specifically to the promotional offer.
If there is any conflict between these offer terms and general website terms or product information, these offer terms prevail only in relation to the promotional offer.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These offer terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
Nothing in these offer terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
