The NIL Advanced IPv6 Workshop for Service Providers (NIL_AdvIPv6) v1.0 is a 4-day instructor-led course that focuses on the practical experience of building a service provider IPv6-capable core network. The course introduces the learners to the ability to utilize their existing knowledge and expand the existing understanding with the usage of IPv6, and how the new protocol influences the design and operation of the service provider core. The course provides overview of service provider technologies with the extension of IPv6 and focuses on practical examples. The majority of the course covers configuration and troubleshooting of a service provider network built from the ground up with the use of Cisco IOS XR Software focusing on OSPF, BGP, 6PE, 6VPE, and multicast.
