The Cisco WAN Automation Engine Implementation (WAEIMPL) v1.0 is a 4-day instructor-led course that introduces learners to the basic knowledge needed to plan, deploy, configure and maintain the Cisco WAE solution. Extensive hands-on labs provide learners with the opportunity to gain the necessary skills to install and maintain the Cisco WAE systems.

Upon completing this course, the learner will be able to meet these overall objectives:
  • Learn the system architecture of Cisco WAE and WAE network abstraction
  • Plan and deploy Cisco WAE Planning components, including Collector, WAE Design Archive and WAE Live
  • Plan and deploy Cisco WAE Automation components including WAE Core and WAE OSC, as well as learn basics of WAE APIs
  • Learn how to deploy changes to the network using Cisco WAE and OSC, as well as determine how to integrate WAE with Cisco NSO
  • Learn how to use Cisco WAE Design application to solve problems and achieve business goals
