The Project Management Professional Certification Prep (PMP-PREP) online training course provides Project Managers with the knowledge and skills needed to master the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) Fifth Edition, understand the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) best practices, and attain the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The PMP credential is the most widely accepted professional certifications in the world and its framework has set the standard for the project management profession for the past 30 years.

This live online training course will strengthen a student’s project experience with global terminology and the proven framework for leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of scope, budget, schedule quality, risk and resources. The PMI has modified the previous body of knowledge to consist of 47 project processes within five core process groups and ten knowledge areas. This online training course will cover these processes in a reasonable, consistent, and effective way to quickly and sufficiently prepare students for the PMP Certification. The PMP- PREP course contains more than 20 hours of Bonus Material, including a PMBOK Guide Knowledge Area review and PMP Practice Exam Question Walkthroughs, designed to help prepare students for the PMP exam experience and attain the PMP certification. In addition, this course includes project templates that students can use immediately as they apply these principles in the workplace.

This course meets the 35 hours required to sit for the PMP Certification exam. It also meets the 23 hours required to sit for the CAPM Certification exam.
