Lesar was recognized for his outstanding training deliveries to CCIE Routing & Switching students.

The CCIE Instructor Excellence Award is awarded to instructors who consistently focus on delivering the highest-quality CCIE training, with an annual average customer satisfaction score above 4.8.

We are proud to announce that our instructor and leading engineer Robert Lesar, CCIE #17091, was among the recipients of the CCIE Instructor Excellence Awards at the 2016 Cisco Global Learning Partner Conference in San Diego, USA. Lesar won the CCIE Instructor Excellence Award for his outstanding work with engineers preparing for the CCIE Routing and Switching exam.

"The award displays Robert's broad expertise in Cisco's Routing and Switching technology and his outstanding ability to pass this knowledge to the next generations of CCIE-certified engineers. CCIE candidates under his mentorship always emphasize Robert's excellent communication skills, and appreciate his detailed monitoring of their progress and guidance through topics that are their weakest points, improving on their overall excellence. I would like to congratulate Robert for this achievement and for the excellent work as a Cisco instructor, content developer and Cisco proctor," commented Davor Šišić, Head of Technical Resource Management, NIL.

We have been closely linked with the Cisco CCIE program since its inception in 1993. Our first CCIEs had designation numbers 1354 and 1556, and we have more than 20 years of experience in delivering CCIE training to CCIE-exam candidates worldwide. All our CCIE-instructors are active field-proven engineers who enhance the standard learning curriculum with real-life experience. This results in training that exceeds customers' expectations and highly increases their chance of passing the rigorous CCIE exam in their first attempt, which is also reflected in the Cisco CCIE Instructor Excellence award.
