Cisco Learning Services has announced three new courses on the Prime Service Catalog: Cisco Prime Service Catalog Foundation Training (PSCF), Cisco Prime Service Catalog Intermediate Training (PSCI) and Cisco Prime Service Catalog Developer Training (PSCD).

The Cisco Prime Service Catalog is a self-service portal that you can use to order and manage any type of IT service, from the data center to the desktop. With the service catalog software, IT can standardize and consolidate a wide array of services and give end users a self-service shopping experience. The catalog also standardizes, unifies, and automates delivery processes for data center and workplace services.

Cisco Learning Services recently published three new courses that cover the Cisco Prime Service Catalog:

  • Cisco Prime Service Catalog Foundation (PSCF) is is an instructor-led, lab-based, hands-on course that covers the Cisco Prime Service Catalog architecture and features as well as the Cisco Prime Service Catalog foundation and service request life cycle. Read more.
