Description

Duration: 5 days
Version: 1.0

The Cisco SDA Design and Deployment Deep-Dive (SDADD) is an interactive deep-dive training on the Cisco Software-Defined Access (SD-Access) solution. The training will give you the tools to achieve this state of digital evolution through the Cisco SD-Access (SDA) solution and empower you to standardize your network solution to achieve unified and consistent security goals across wired and wireless network boundaries with a fabric overlay empowered with technology from LISP, VXLAN, and TrustSec.

The training will help you learn about the design components and deployment considerations to build a Cisco SDA fabric, how to use Virtual Networks (VNs) and Scalable Group Tags (SGTs) for macro and micro segmentation to ensure demarcation is maintained between various end devices connecting to the network and how to protect assets with group-based policy. You will also learn how Cisco SDA Wireless and the embedded Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) can help you architect a single policy when onboarding wireless hosts onto the network. The training will showcase different design models supported and the integration of enterprise networks spread across multiple sites or even across WAN networks along with demonstrating how to connect Cisco SDA fabric networks to Data Centers and the Internet. The training also includes detailed hands-on labs for SDA Wired, Wireless and advanced use cases.

The SDADD course is part of Cisco Black Belt Academy Aligned Content. It belongs to the stage: Black Belt Cisco DNA Deployment Stage 2.
