Nina Hudnik

Nina is a firm believer in the power of learning and she claims that knowledge is not just a major career booster but that it also has a significant positive impact on the individual and society.

It is, therefore, not a surprise that she has been involved in training and content development for her entire career at NIL. She joined the company in 2006 and has, since then, taken on various roles, ranging from sales coordinator, account manager for training services, and international program manager to project manager for content development projects. 

Nina was involved in numerous IT course developments for leading global vendors, and many of her efforts were crucial for successful project completion. Her proven track record and great management skills led to her taking over the leadership of the content development department in 2017. In this position, her main mission is to provide individuals and organizations with the educational content and tools that truly empower their careers or their businesses. She achieves this with the continuous development of her team's skills, investment in new models and platforms, and sincere communication with clients.
